E Cigarettes Can Save Lives

Recent research by the University College London has concluded that the potential benefits of smokers switching from tobacco to electronic cigarettes could save as many as 6000 lives a year in the UK for every 1,000,000 smokers who make the switch.

This contradicts recent comments from WHO (World Health Organisation).

Research concluded that toxin levels in e cigarette vapour were all at least 1/20th the levels found in tobacco smoke, so while there is a risk of vaporizers and e cigarettes being seen as being trendy or cool, possibly attracting non smoking youngsters, that risk is minimal compared to the benefits to smokers health.
